I have a problem with my redelivery

If you requested a redelivery and you haven’t received it yet, we can help.

Situation

  • You arranged online or by telephone for an item to be redelivered, but it hasn’t arrived yet.
 
 

Solution

  1. There may be a problem with us redelivering your item. You can take your ’Something for you’ card to the delivery office detailed on the back of the card and pick up your item. Remember to take one form of identification with you when you collect the item.
  2. If you can’t pick up your item, the quickest way to arrange another redelivery is online. We need 48 hours notice to redeliver your item. 
  3. Alternatively, call the number on the card and we will arrange for your item to be redelivered. We need 48 hours’ notice to redeliver your item.
