Credit account

Ease up your cash flow and take control of your budgeting with a credit account. Any Royal Mail product or service can be purchased through your account, with payment terms of up to 30 days. You can also receive Volume-Related Discounts on a wide range of products and services, including Unsorted Mail.

There are two types of account to choose from:

Standard Account
You prepare and send your mail, and subsequently complete and submit a Royal Mail order either through your Online Business Account or manually via a paper posting cheque. We’ll then send you a weekly invoice.

Please note that orders placed through a standard account are subject to minimum order value.

Credit balance account
You pay money into your account in advance. Each time you send mail, we automatically deduct the postage cost from your account. When your credit is running low, you simply top it up.

Invoice queries
If you need to query your invoice, please complete an invoice enquiry form. Please be aware, however, that we are having technical issues which mean some enquiry forms may not be received. Please do not resubmit forms, we will contact you as soon as these problems are fixed. If you need urgent help, please call us on 08457 950950.

Volume Related Discount
Account customers sending unsorted mail - using STL 1st, 2nd class, or any Cleanmail or contract packet services - may be eligible for Volume-Related Discounts if their mailing meets the entry requirements. You don’t need to claim this discount: we will apply it to your invoice automatically. Both the gross cost and the volume discount will be listed clearly on your invoice.
